Although he has accrued a wealth of knowledge extending to all areas of accounts, tax and business services, it is his work in helping corporate owner managed businesses with audit services and ensuring they remain compliant that has contributed most to Roy’s reputation for excellent client care. This reputation has been further enhanced through his assisting owners and their businesses with the financial and emotional aspects of completing mergers and acquisitions, and especially guiding them through the planning and due diligence aspects of the transaction. Roy has also developed a high level of expertise in co-operative businesses and he has been responsible for establishing and helping a number of co-operatives in farming and many other business sectors.

As well as a partner in the Audit & Business Services team, Roy is also the firm’s technical partner and his keen eye for detail helps the firm provide clients with the latest and most up to date advice.
