Training Vacancies

Our recruitment process is now open to receive applications for our 2012 intake of trainees. Successful candidates will find DSH a supportive and rewarding environment in which to work and gain the qualifications and experience that will give them significant opportunities for continued career development. We are currently recruiting for:
2 x AAT Trainee Accounting Technicians in Maidstone, Kent
1 x AAT Trainee Accounting Technician in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
2 x ACA (Graduate) Trainees in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire

Requirements

To be considered for a trainee role with DSH, you should have:

• Achieved at least a grade B in both Mathematics and English GCSE (or equivalent)
• Successfully studied to A Level standard (or equivalent) achieving a minimum of 300 UCAS points
• Achieved or be predicted to achieve at least a 2.1 in your chosen degree (for graduate applicants)
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Be available to start work on or by Monday 6th August 2012

Selection process

• Application form screening
• First competency based interview
• Psychometric tests (these may include numerical and verbal reasoning and personality profiling)
• Second interview including short presentation

Closing Dates and Interviews

The closing date for AAT applications is Friday 17 February 2012. Initial AAT interviews will be held at our Maidstone office on Monday 05 and Tuesday 06 March 2012. Second interviews will be held on Monday 26 March 2012.

The closing date for ACA applications is Friday 16 March 2012. Initial AAT and ACA interviews will be held at our Rickmansworth office on Monday 02 and Tuesday 03 April 2012. Second interviews will be held on or around Monday 16 April 2012.
